About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
  • Quarterback sales from lead to purchase, leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections, and negotiating success.
  • Engage with small and medium businesses across industries to fulfill their needs with cloud technologies.
  • Secure customer wins for Microsoft Cloud, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  • Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
  • Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline.
  • Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: 'Voice of customer'.
Requirements
  • Bilingual or proficient in German plus fluent in English.
  • 2-3+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year sales account management or customer management experience required.
  • High school diploma.
  • Familiar with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions.
  • A self-starter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal business communications skills.
  • General knowledge of the IT industry.
  • Passion for cloud technologies and changing the world.
