Accommodations Plus International is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in the role of an Account Manager. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing existing relationships and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • **Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
  • **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts with hotels and airlines on behalf of our clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • **Risk Management**: Proactively manage potential risks to contracts, ensuring the best rates, amenities, and contract terms are maintained.
  • **Day-to-Day Account Management**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are met, share leads, and communicate with hotels and airlines.
  • **CrewCare Management**: Manage crew member feedback, add new hotels to the system, and ensure accurate information is maintained.
  • **Hotel Express Management**: Ensure negotiated rates are loaded and maintained properly on Hotel Express for clients.
  • **ACES Verification**: Verify hotel contract information is loaded properly into ACES for OPS and Accounting.

**Requirements**

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and manage client relationships.
  • Proven business development skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
