Our Account Management Team

The Account Management team is critical to the growth and success of our business. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with innovative international merchants, covering multiple industries and channels. You will work on cross-functional initiatives and projects in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with high autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other Account Managers and stakeholders to develop and execute commercial growth strategies for our customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and reduce churn.
  • Drive commercial discussions with customers to meet strategic and financial targets.
  • Prioritize and manage short and long-term projects with varying timelines across multiple accounts, leveraging internal support teams where relevant.
  • Provide feedback to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role, such as account management, consulting, or in the payments industry from a merchant side.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive commercial growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Full professional written and verbal proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
  • Some domestic and international travel required.
