About the Role:
Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of compensation plans that drive sales performance and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of compensation plans that align with business objectives and drive sales performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial teams to understand their requirements and provide strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of compensation plans
- Design and drive the quarterly target setting and achievement processes to ensure accurate and timely targets and achievements
- Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure efficient processes and high-quality output
Requirements:
- Advanced analytical skills, including expertise in Excel and experience with data analysis
- Expertise in sales compensation processes and experience with Salesforce and analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with commercial teams and stakeholders
- Fluent English language skills
