About the Role:

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of compensation plans that drive sales performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of compensation plans that align with business objectives and drive sales performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial teams to understand their requirements and provide strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of compensation plans
  • Design and drive the quarterly target setting and achievement processes to ensure accurate and timely targets and achievements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure efficient processes and high-quality output

Requirements:

  • Advanced analytical skills, including expertise in Excel and experience with data analysis
  • Expertise in sales compensation processes and experience with Salesforce and analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with commercial teams and stakeholders
  • Fluent English language skills
