About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Development Associate to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our sales development team, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute targeted outbound campaigns via phone, chat, and email to generate new leads and opportunities.
  2. Accelerate pipeline and increase conversion by executing programmatic recycled and reconstituted nurturing campaigns.
  3. Nurture leads received from other demand generation functions and progress stalled pipeline.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in demand generation or inside sales environment.
  • Preferably digital (remote) experience, specifically in high-volume customer-facing environments, phone-centric work.
  • High-volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM/contact management system.
  • Fluency in English and Romanian required; fluency in any other regional language preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
