Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
• Analyze sales data to inform business decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in non-asset based 3PL sales
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven track record of sales success in the transportation industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer software and technology
