We are seeking a dynamic Business Growth Strategist to drive our company's business strategies and support short and medium-term growth plans. This role is pivotal in implementing marketing actions, creating comprehensive demand generation plans, developing sales representative skills, and establishing distribution channels. The ideal candidate will develop marketing strategies for key crops and products, foster relationships with consultancies, and align efforts with country guidelines.
As a crucial business partner to our commercial team, the Business Growth Strategist will contribute to strategic initiatives, provide technical support to Sales Representatives, and maintain a strong field presence in priority actions with channels, current, and new customers. Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying opportunities through systemic vision and integrative approach
• Understanding market and competitor strategies
• Providing technical support to Sales Representatives
• Developing internal and external knowledge plans
• Collaborating with R&D or Agronomy for product insights
• Aligning with company objectives and strategies
• Leading and participating in relevant processes
• Ensuring timely report submissions and activity scheduling
Demand Generation: Plan and direct demand generation actions, develop action plans with distributor technicians, define demonstration field plans with Sales Representatives, create protocols for focus crops, monitor and manage distributor product stock, produce marketing materials with field results, train and guide the commercial team, and support Communications and Events teams.
Crops: Define regional focus crops with Sales Representatives, understand crop potential and sales challenges, design marketing and demand generation actions for focus crops, and collaborate with R&D or Agronomy for product insights.
Products: Know product positioning, overcome field objections, create regional product launch plans, prepare technical materials, and advise on product applications.
Consultants: Prioritize and establish relationships with key consultants, contract research protocols to generate business, compile and deliver consultant-generated marketing materials, and develop evolution plans with regional consultants.
Location: Open to any location in Spain.
