About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Addactis Group. As a key player in our business development efforts, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the Spanish-speaking markets, including LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop business opportunities in the insurance industry, leveraging your expertise in regulatory frameworks and risk management solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to inform our business strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce and Hubspot.
