We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Visa. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Agenda Development: Develop and execute a commercial agenda to drive business growth and increase revenue from partnerships.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to identify new business opportunities.
- Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of client data to identify areas of opportunity and develop relevant business solutions.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional support and service to clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration on business objectives.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Leadership and Coaching: Lead and mentor team members to develop their skills and expertise, and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales management, commercial business development, consultative sales, partnerships, or key account management in a leading payments organization or consultancy.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills to build strong relationships and lead high-performing teams.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Education: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
