Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive Director to join our team at 144780-Payments Us. As a key member of our Global Shares team, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence and establishing strategic partnerships in Southern Europe and France.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Develop and close a pipeline of Workplace Solutions opportunities in Southern Europe and France, leveraging our extensive banking relationships to establish senior-level entry points into prospects.
  2. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain decision-maker relationships within top prospects, focusing on HR departments, executives, and employee stock plan administrators.
  3. Strategic Planning: Generate strategic, long-term close plans for prospects and rally internal business partners to partner throughout the sales process.
  4. Account Management: Represent sales efforts to senior executives at JP Morgan and lead prospect negotiations, aligning with JP Morgan legal and compliance organizations to ensure a successful closing.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with our product organization to represent the needs of large, enterprise-scale prospects and team with our marketing organization on events and account-based marketing plans for target prospects.
  6. International Collaboration: Collaborate with international counterparts to ensure a complete solution for multinational corporations.
  7. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  1. 10 years of sales or CRM experience in equity compensation.
  2. Experience working with C-suite in major European companies.
  3. Demonstrable track record closing business with major European companies.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, Italian, and French.
  5. Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation, and procedural skills required.
  6. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  7. Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active.
  8. Ability to prioritize and adhere to tight deadlines.
