Job Title: Cloud Renewal Executive

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Renewal Executive to join our team. As a Cloud Renewal Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily cloud renewals, developing account strategies, and driving profitable growth within assigned customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account strategies and implementation plans for renewal customers.
  • Drive profitable growth within assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage daily cloud renewals, including negotiation of commercial terms and driving incremental revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Engagement Executives and Account Teams, to deliver end-to-end renewal execution.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and another EMEA language.
  • 2-5 years of experience in maintenance or cloud renewals, selling or delivering consulting services, managing complex customer engagements, and commercial experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
