We are seeking a skilled leader in Channel Sales with a proven ability to build relationships and drive business growth. As the Director of Channel & Ecosystems for Southern Europe (SEUR), you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team, work with strategic partners, and leverage unrivaled support to exceed sales performance goals.

About the Team

The Director of Channel & Ecosystems for SEUR would be a part of Nutanix's Channel Sales team. This team is responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding into new markets, and building partner capabilities on the Nutanix portfolio.

The team is supported by various departments within Nutanix, including Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development, providing them with unrivaled support and tools to exceed sales performance goals.

Your Role

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers
  • Foster relationships with Nutanix partners across Central-Europe
  • Create and execute a Channel Sales strategy
  • Develop partner capabilities in selling Nutanix portfolio
  • Drive pipeline creation and attainment of bookings goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategy
  • Plan and direct channel activities and partner business planning
  • Collaborate with field marketing for effective communication and demand generation

What You Will Bring

  • 8-12 years of experience in sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of sales process and Channel Sales
  • Ability to lead and develop a diverse team of Sales Managers
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
  • Ability to communicate with C-level partner contacts
  • Ability to plan and operate within a budget
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
