About this Role: As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial part in driving our growth towards becoming a leading industry player. Your 360-degree role will involve identifying prospects fitting our ideal customer profile, initial outreach through various channels, and closing deals. This demands a strong work ethic, passion for problem-solving, and expertise in our field.
Key Requirements:
- Native-level English or German speaker
- Experience with high-ticket/enterprise sales
- Outbound call experience
- KPI-driven with strong communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
