Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies, collaborating closely with Culture and Learning and Development departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and regional needs.
  • Employer Branding: Lead the development and execution of a new global Employer Branding strategy, improving EB KPIs across key metrics.
  • Recruitment Operations: Oversee recruitment operations for critical regions, including young talent programs and leadership hiring.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Drive the evolution of recruitment marketing, embedding a data-driven approach to talent attraction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at a global level.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects, such as ATS/CRM implementation and rebranding.
  • Expertise in recruitment marketing, digital campaigns and social media platforms.
