About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our passionate People team as the mastermind behind our recruitment strategy. As the end-to-end recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and screening top talents for ALAIKA Advisory Germany Gmbh, getting high potentials on board, and driving innovative projects on talent acquisition. You will work closely with our Director People and play a crucial role in building our most valuable asset – our talented team.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Recruiting: Drive our hiring process from creating meaningful job profiles to onboarding, including screening, interviewing, and hiring exceptional candidates.
- Active Sourcing: Identify suitable recruiting channels and platforms to establish effective sourcing techniques.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional positive experience throughout the candidate journey and build a strong talent network.
- University Cooperation & Partnerships: Establish and expand university relationships to build networks with young talents and high potentials.
- ALAIKA Ambassador: Represent our company values and culture throughout the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Drive innovative projects on Employee Value Proposition and conduct impactful events.
- Measuring Hiring Success: Monitor, analyze, and review recruitment metrics regularly to ensure our hiring goals are met.
To succeed in this role, you should have several years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a proven track record of successfully attracting high-caliber talents. Ideally, you gained experience in a fast-paced environment such as a top start-up or scale-up. Your educational foundation should include a Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, HR, or a related field. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is also essential.
You should possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic organization.
