About the Role
This position is for individuals seeking a fast-paced and high-energy sales environment at the UK's largest independently owned FX company. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn significant income and share life-changing experiences. HAMILTON COURT FX is a FCA-regulated currency market expert, offering Foreign Exchange, FX Options, and bespoke structured products. We seek professionals passionate about acquiring new business, eager to continue learning and growing professionally within FX sales. Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate FX Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting research on prospective clients to understand their business needs and potential requirements.
- Making introductory calls to new corporate clients.
- Developing a sales pipeline alongside multiple mentors with 10+ years of FX sales experience.
- Ensuring all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations, prioritizing client interests in all sales activities.
- Building internal relationships with all departments in the business, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Staying up-to-date with FX market movements and the world economy, understanding their impact on prospects and client financial performance.
- Maintaining weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality, and sales.
- Attending regular training sessions, actively listening to calls and holding yourself and peers accountable for success.
