About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

As a Corporate FX Senior Sales, you will be responsible for researching prospective clients, making introductory calls, and building a sales pipeline.

You will work closely with our senior sales managers to ensure all revenue targets are met and that the interests of our clients are at the forefront of all sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Researching prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements.
  2. Making introductory calls to new corporate clients.
  3. Building a sales pipeline alongside multiple mentors with 10+ FX sales experience.
  4. Ensuring all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations.
  5. Developing internal relationships with all departments in the business.
  6. Being aware of and taking an active interest in FX movements and the world economy.
  7. Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality, and sales.

Essential Experience and Skills

We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, backed up by strong numbers evidencing consistently closing new business.

Resilient, strong communication skills, and confidence on the phone, as well as in person, are essential for this role.

We also require goal-oriented and persistence, short-term and long-term, with fluent Spanish language and excellent English language skills.
