About the Role
This position is designed for seasoned FX professionals seeking a fast-paced sales environment at the UK's largest independently owned FX company. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions and contribute to the growth of a dynamic team. Hamilton Court FX is an FCA-regulated currency market expert, offering Foreign Exchange, FX Options, and bespoke structured products.
Responsibilities
As a Corporate FX Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Researching prospective clients to understand their business needs and potential requirements.
- Making introductory calls to new corporate clients.
- Building a sales pipeline alongside experienced mentors.
- Ensuring all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations and prioritizing client interests in all sales activities.
- Developing internal relationships with all departments to drive team success.
- Staying up-to-date with FX market movements and the global economy's impact on client financial performance.
- Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality, and sales.
- Attending regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to take feedback and act upon it quickly. Goal-oriented and persistent individuals with excellent English language skills and proficiency in Spanish are ideal candidates for this role.
