The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced sales environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional results. As a Corporate FX Senior Sales professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and understand client needs, adding and disqualifying leads daily
  • Make introductory calls to new corporate clients and build a sales pipeline
  • Ensure all revenue targets are met, adhering to FCA regulations and prioritizing client interests
  • Develop internal relationships with all departments, fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Stay informed about FX movements and market trends, and their impact on clients' financial performance
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality, and sales
  • Attend regular training sessions, take initiative to improve call quality, and hold yourself and peers accountable
Essential Experience and Skills

We are seeking individuals with a strong sales background, backed by consistent results and a proven track record of closing new business. Key requirements include:

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, with a focus on closing new business
  • Resilient, strong communication skills, and confidence on the phone and in person
  • Goal-oriented and persistent, with a focus on short-term and long-term success
  • Fluent in Spanish language and excellent English language skills
