About the Role

This role is perfect for individuals seeking a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment at the UK's largest independently owned FX company. You'll have the opportunity to earn competitive commissions and share in the company's success.

We're looking for experienced FX professionals with a proven track record of closing new business. You'll be part of a high-energy team that thrives on healthy competition, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research prospective clients to understand their business needs and potential requirements.
  2. Make introductory calls to new corporate clients and build a sales pipeline.
  3. Ensure all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations, prioritizing client interests.
  4. Develop internal relationships with all departments, fostering a collaborative environment.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market structure changes and regulation.
Essential Experience & Skills

We're looking for individuals with:

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of closing new business.
  • Resilient communication skills, with confidence on the phone and in person.
  • Goal-oriented and persistence, with a focus on short-term and long-term success.
  • Fluent Spanish language skills and excellent English language skills.
