Enterprise Sales Executive

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team at Semrush. As a key player in driving revenue growth, you will be responsible for managing and developing long-term partnerships with some of the world's biggest brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Onboarding, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell existing customers to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and provide tailored solutions to optimize their growth.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) and French (Native/Near-native).
- 4+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of consistently closing deals over $250k ARR.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Proficient in various sales methodologies, such as Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC, or others.
- Highly organized and structured approach to drive consistent success.
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive for exceptional customer experience.
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
