Job Description

As a key member of our team at Cross Border Talents, the Italian Cloud Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer engagement for Microsoft Cloud solutions in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries, identifying their needs and opportunities to leverage Microsoft Cloud technologies.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  3. Provide exceptional customer engagement experiences, obsessing over customer needs and delivering world-class service.
  4. Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales and maintaining high daily activity levels.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; BA/4-year degree preferred.
  • 2-3+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success, including minimum 1 year IT industry experience and sales account management or customer management experience.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions preferred.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Mon to Fri, 09:00-18:00, hybrid schedule (2 days at home, 3 days at work).
