About the Job

Alfa Laval Iberica is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team in the Hygienic Fluid Handling Business Unit. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for developing business, finding new opportunities, and building loyal relationships with customers and integrators.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop business by identifying new opportunities and creating awareness about the value of our products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and integrators to increase sales.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans aligned with the business unit strategy.
  • Perform market analysis and customer needs assessments to inform sales approaches.
  • Actively engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to promote our products and services.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial orientation and ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
