Salary
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at €30,000 per year, taking into account the cost of living in Barcelona.
Job Description
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will provide telephone customer service support for all calls received while maintaining the core experience guidelines at the property. Responsible for the efficient service to all guests and for ensuring that standards and guest requirements are met at all times.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a seamless and expedited experience. This includes assisting Front Desk and Accounting department in locating and verifying phone charges for guests, keeping updated contact information on employees in other departments, referring guests' complaints to appropriate departments, and knowing the responsibilities of other departments to be able to determine the appropriate department to forward all calls.
You will also provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services, accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately, and provide a personal service to all the guests, fully aware and following the hotel standards and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* At least +1 year experience in hospitality within hotels with a similar position.
* Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values.
* Proficient knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
* Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Fluency in Spanish and English. Additional languages will be highly valuable.
