Your Role

We're seeking a talented Customer Service Ambassador who can provide exceptional service to our clients through chat and email interactions. As a representative of our company, you'll be the face of our brand, resolving customer issues with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming written communications from customers promptly and professionally
  • Connect with customers using written communication only, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and innovations in the industry
Requirements
  • 1+ year of related customer service experience in retail, banking, contact center, or similar fields
  • Effective written communication skills in German and English, including grammar and spelling
  • Ability to work in a team setting and collaborate with colleagues
  • Desire to help solve issues, come up with solutions, and keep organized in your work

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
