About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of German SME clients, with a focus on portfolio growth and long-term account retention. You will identify client needs and sell value components to create greater customer engagement. You will also proactively manage an effective pipeline, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to achieve and exceed profitable growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure premium value is delivered aligned with client's goals, delivering a positive customer experience and achieving customer advocacy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency or bilingualism in German plus advanced English
  • A background working for/in the German Market
  • A self-driven and results-oriented approach with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets and goals
  • A challenger mindset with the ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunities
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to speak confidently with senior executives, capacity to influence decision-makers
