Job Profile

The Presales Specialist / Digital Solution Advisor is a customer-facing role that maps product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support the selling of solutions and services with a specialization in digital sales techniques. As a domain expert and spokesperson for SAP S/4HANA Finance, you will integrate SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies, ensuring effective communication of product value and facilitating tailored solution proposals for clients within Finance & ERP Line of Business.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Area 1: Deal Support
You will be instrumental in crafting and delivering sales presentations on SAP solutions, tailored for discerning audiences, including top-tier company executives. A cornerstone of your responsibility will be the curation and upkeep of a sophisticated asset library, optimizing for volume and efficiency in our no-touch/low-touch transaction methods. Your extensive knowledge of SAP solutions and industry nuances will solidify your credibility, enriched by compelling customer success stories.

Area 2: Demand Generation
You will play a pivotal role in demand generation, leading webinars, and aligning with Marketing and DG priorities, ensuring we're always a step ahead in our outreach.

Area 3: Digital Content for Customer-Facing Situations
Your mastery over SAP offerings will allow you to innovate digital content for customer-facing situations, ensuring that our digital materials are both compelling and strategically positioned to address complex customer scenarios.

Area 4: Sales Enablement:
You will lead training sessions, imparting nuanced understanding and actionable insights, ensuring the sales team can translate product functionalities into tangible benefits for clients.

Experience and Language Requirements


• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree preferred.

• >7 years in (digital) presales, technology consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role is essential, with a demonstrated proficiency in S/4HANA Finance.

• Language requirements: Native Spanish Speaker; Fluency in English (MANDATORY). Italian and/or Portuguese are a Plus.
