Job Summary:
Oracle Contractors is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Migration Specialist to lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP for a UK-based organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on migration from Oracle r12.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embed ownership of finance processes within the organization, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Develop and support expert users in the business, providing training and guidance on Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Work with finance teams to improve existing working practices and introduce new ones, aligned with Oracle Cloud ERP best practices.
- Manage external resources to deliver projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP.
Requirements:
- Minimum three Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, with at least one project being a migration from Oracle r12.
- Strong change and transformation experience from both a user and business process perspective.
- Business process re-engineering experience of key finance processes to match vanilla processes in Oracle Cloud.
- Heavy focus on data migration, reconciliation, cleanse, and purge.
- Identification of third-party application and integration to the Oracle Cloud.
