About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative based in Spain to support the expansion of our Ideals VDR business in the Iberian market. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth and contribute to the execution of sales and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach on named accounts in Iberia
  • Track personal sales activities in CRM
  • Conduct detailed customer persona research before initial contact
  • Organize product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects
  • Initiate communication, build rapport, and maintain active engagement with prospects
  • Collect information and feedback on prospects guiding them through the qualification process
  • Help coordinate offline and online events, distributing content from the M&A Community

Requirements

  • At least 1.5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales within the SaaS industry
  • Proven success in achieving sales metrics and year-over-year quota
  • Strong business communication skills in English and Spanish (native), including professionally handling objections and gatekeeper interactions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques with a proficiency in building fast rapport
  • Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry
