About the Role:
">We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our team in Barcelona, where you will be part of Gartner's fastest growing region. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships with emerging tech providers in the DACH market.
">Key Responsibilities:

- IDentify and develop new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizations">
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close">
- Manage your own portfolio of existing clients, focusing on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities">
- Convert viable prospects to active Gartner clients, leading the full sales conversation and negotiation before transitioning them to the account management team">
- Collaborate with the Midsize Enterprise Sales team to develop best practices and new prospecting techniques">
- Work in a multicultural environment with various languages spoken, including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, and Danish">

">Requirements:
">You should have circa 0-4 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success, preferably in consultative, senior-level B2B sales or similar. You must also possess a high level of commercial intellect, executive presence, and sales acumen, combined with a drive for individual success and a collaborative approach.
">Compensation and Benefits:
">We offer outstanding compensation and rewards for achievement and overachievement, including family private health insurance, a strong pension plan, and dental benefits. The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
