Customer Service Excellence at Initiate International
We are seeking a highly skilled Danish speaking customer service representative to join our team at Initiate International. As a customer service ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to Danish speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Danish speaking customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our luxury product catalogue to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer questions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience and enhance service quality.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with colleagues and support international customers.
- Passion for luxury brands and products.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in eCommerce or luxury retail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
