Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team at Recruit4Work. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers, addressing both technical and administrative inquiries through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with installations and configuring their terminals or online payment solutions
  • Troubleshoot reported issues and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Handle inquiries from credit card holders and ensure the security and protection of credit card information
  • Verify identities, answer questions, and explain steps
  • Check temporarily blocked cards for transactions and permanently block or unblock credit cards

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Danish (Level C2)
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Experience in a call centre
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Positive attitude towards changes
  • Team-player mentality
  • Strong listening skills
  • Service-oriented approach
  • Ability to handle conflicts constructively
