Sales Representative for German Market

Logiscenter is a leading company in the Spanish automatic identification and mobility sector, founded in 2009. We offer a wide range of equipment and services related to barcodes, RFID, access control, and point of sale terminals. Our product catalog meets the needs of various businesses, as we work with top manufacturers like Zebra, Datalogic, Honeywell, Elo, Getac, Epson, Sato, and Panasonic.
Responsibilities
• Provide consultative sales approach to maintain existing accounts and acquire new customers
• Manage telephone and customer support interactions
• Update ERP with regular follow-ups and manage quotations and documentation
• Establish strong customer relationships through after-sales service and effective solution selling
• Negotiate with suppliers, customers, and distributors to maximize company profit margins
• Offer hands-on customer support
Requirements
• Strong customer orientation and relationship building skills
• Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the IT sector
• Results-oriented and dedicated to exceeding sales targets
• Fluency in German is a must
• Availability to work from Madrid (San Sebastian de los Reyes) - preferably resident in Madrid
• Willingness to learn and understand new business and technical concepts

• Salary package consisting of fixed and commissions, with a range of 21k to 23k per year plus commissions
