Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales and Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to lead initiatives, collaborate across teams, and manage CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and collaboration with GTM and finance teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to sales tools and workflows, aligning with budget and GTM planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives, tracking KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product, to align on sales objectives and strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of improving sales processes and performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • High proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
