- Prospecting: In close collaboration with the Lead-Gen Team, strategically prospect new clients in the Commercial Market, with a focus on 60% inbound and 40% outbound sales efforts.
- Market Segmentation: Utilize market segmentation by industry to efficiently identify and target high-potential leads, leveraging our sales tools, Salesforce and Apollo, for optimal lead and opportunity management.
- Continuous Improvement: Serve as a critical link between field insights and internal departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
- Industry Expertise: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our CRM (Salesforce) with diligent data management.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Over 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong performance record in both inbound and outbound strategies
- Strategic ability to segment the market by industry, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
- Familiarity with CRM, ideally Salesforce and enrichment tools as Apollo for effective lead and opportunity management
- Experience in crafting and negotiating proposals that meet client needs, achieving favorable terms and successful deal closures
- Excellent communication skills, with a capacity for impactful collaboration across teams and departments
- Adaptable and eager to stay ahead of industry trends, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Native in Spanish and conversational in English
