To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Over 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong performance record in both inbound and outbound strategies
  • Strategic ability to segment the market by industry, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM, ideally Salesforce and enrichment tools as Apollo for effective lead and opportunity management
  • Experience in crafting and negotiating proposals that meet client needs, achieving favorable terms and successful deal closures
  • Excellent communication skills, with a capacity for impactful collaboration across teams and departments
  • Adaptable and eager to stay ahead of industry trends, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Native in Spanish and conversational in English
