Animal Nutrition Account Manager

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the development, sales, and marketing of Tereos's co-products, including fibres, proteins, corn germs, starches, sweeteners, polyols, and probiotics for Animal Nutrition. This role will involve implementing commercial strategies and policies, managing sales and co-products production, negotiating volumes, prices, and terms with customers, and providing technical support to customers.
Key Skills:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Animal Nutrition market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also have a strong knowledge of commercial strategies and policies, as well as experience in sales and marketing.
What You Will Achieve:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor activity, and providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
Working Environment:
The role will involve working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and achieving sales targets. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams, as well as with customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field. They will also have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Animal Nutrition industry. They will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
