About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Tereos Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the development, sales, and marketing of our co-products in Animal Nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the business, implementing commercial strategies and policies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing technical support and product expertise.
  • Negotiate volumes, prices, and terms with existing and potential customers, ensuring optimal sales and co-products production alignment.
  • Proactively promote and introduce new products to existing and potential customers, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal functions, quality, and supply chain departments to ensure optimal execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
