Customer Support Representative for Swedish Speakers

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Swedish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Swedish-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering quick and efficient resolutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Escalate any complex issues to the senior team, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Record interactions in the system and meet the agreed service level agreements (SLA).
  • Collaborate with your team on special projects when needed.
  • Provide coverage for team members during absences and work with different teams when required.
  • Take ownership of issues, ensuring complete resolution or escalation when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Native/Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken) + English proficiency (B2 level).
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Automotive industry knowledge or experience with electric vehicles is a plus.
  • Strong IT skills with experience in Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
