Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing their needs efficiently and effectively.
- Record call details in our management system, ensuring timely responses and resolutions within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and products, especially those tailored to individual customer needs.
- Escalate potential service issues to senior team members as needed.
- Adhere to all project processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with the contractual SLA.
- Provide coverage for other agents in their absence, and collaborate on specific team projects.
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including records of holidays, sickness, and overtime.
- Participate in regular team meetings and perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Native or fluent in Danish, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus; familiarity with or experience driving electric vehicles is preferred.
- Competency in IT platforms and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
- Strong customer care skills with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs.
- Capable of taking ownership of calls and resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
- Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.
- Higher salary from the 7th month.
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM.

- 23 working days of paid annual leave.
