We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing their needs efficiently and effectively.
  • Record call details in our management system, ensuring timely responses and resolutions within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and products, especially those tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Escalate potential service issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Adhere to all project processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with the contractual SLA.
  • Provide coverage for other agents in their absence, and collaborate on specific team projects.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including records of holidays, sickness, and overtime.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in Danish, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus; familiarity with or experience driving electric vehicles is preferred.
  • Competency in IT platforms and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
  • Strong customer care skills with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs.
  • Capable of taking ownership of calls and resolving issues or escalating them as needed.

  • Higher salary from the 7th month.
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM.
