Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Swedish Customer Support Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, deliver quick and efficient resolutions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
  2. Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to the senior team, ensuring high-quality service and meeting service level agreements (SLA).
  3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with your team on special projects, provide coverage for team members during absences, and work with different teams when required.
  4. Issue Ownership: Take ownership of issues, ensuring complete resolution or escalation when necessary.

Requirements:

  1. Language Proficiency: Native/Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken) + English proficiency (B2 level).
  2. Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Automotive industry knowledge or experience with electric vehicles is a plus.
  4. Technical Skills: Strong IT skills with experience in Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
