About the Role

Teleperformance is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the Swedish market
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
