About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities
  2. Build Relationships with Key Decision-Makers
  3. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
  4. Manage a Portfolio of Accounts
  5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Requirements

  1. BA/BS Degree or Equivalent Practical Experience
  2. Native Level of Swedish
  3. Fluent English Language Skills
  4. Experience in Outbound Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development
  5. Understanding of Cloud Computing Concepts
  6. Strong Business Acumen and Interpersonal Skills

Desirable Qualifications

  1. 1 Year Experience in IT Outbound Sales Prospecting
  2. Experience in Cold Calling and Managing a Large Portfolio of Accounts
  3. Experience with Salesforce or Other CRM Platforms
  4. Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivated Individual
