About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities
- Build Relationships with Key Decision-Makers
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
- Manage a Portfolio of Accounts
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree or Equivalent Practical Experience
- Native Level of Swedish
- Fluent English Language Skills
- Experience in Outbound Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development
- Understanding of Cloud Computing Concepts
- Strong Business Acumen and Interpersonal Skills
Desirable Qualifications
- 1 Year Experience in IT Outbound Sales Prospecting
- Experience in Cold Calling and Managing a Large Portfolio of Accounts
- Experience with Salesforce or Other CRM Platforms
- Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivated Individual
