About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Digital Business Developer, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with businesses to build enthusiasm and identify their needs to propose adequate solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses and be responsible for proactively engaging with them to build enthusiasm while identifying and qualifying their business needs to propose adequate solutions and send them on the most appropriate Sales path.
- Work towards individual targets, but will also be part of a larger sales team with a focus to grow our customer base across EMEA.
- Interact with customers primarily via outbound calls in a phone-based environment.
What You Need to Succeed
- Native proficiency in Swedish and fluent English.
- A High school degree.
- Previous sales experience (preferably B2B).
- Experience with CRM.
- Strong written and oral business communication skills.
- Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
- Able to work independently, but within a team environment.
- Customer-driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience.
