Key Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and efficient solutions to their technical issues.
- Analyze client situations to provide accurate and effective responses.
- Identify and resolve technical incidents, providing appropriate solutions and support.
- Organize product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A fluent level of French (spoken and written) and a high level of English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to put yourself in our customers' shoes.
- Ability to work within a team, be easy-going, and adjust quickly to new environments.
We offer a competitive salary of €21,000.00 gross per year, plus a performance bonus up to €150 gross per month and an end-of-contract bonus. You will also receive 2 accrued days per month, paid bank holidays, and 1 extra day in lieu. Our office is located in Barcelona (La Sagrera), and we offer a hybrid work arrangement with 3-4 days per week at the office.
