About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in the French market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions via email and chat
  • Verify and correct incoming orders, providing clear and concise responses to customer requests and questions
  • Enrich the shared knowledge base within the company and in our Help Center
  • Analyze and provide feedback to the technical team to resolve issues
  • Manage relationships with transporters to follow up on deliveries and track monitoring files for internal reporting
Requirements
  • Fluent level of French (spoken and written)
  • High level of English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes and offer individual solutions
What We Offer
  • Temporary contract (2.5 months with 1 month of probation period)
  • Full-time position (39 hours/week)
  • Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Salary: €21,000.00 gross per year
  • Bonus: Performance Bonus up to €150 gross per month + End of contract bonus
  • Holidays: 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar days per year
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
  • Hybrid: 3 to 4 days per week at the office
  • Training: 4 weeks of training based in the office from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm
