Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Agent to handle tech queries over email and chat, striving for first-contact resolution. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and have a high level of English proficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Understand and respond to client requests (by email and chat)
  • Analyze the client's situation to reply to them quickly and efficiently
  • Identify technical incidents, apprehend them, and provide an appropriate solution
  • Offer adequate solutions with a positive approach
  • Organize product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:

  • A fluent level of French (spoken and written)
  • A high level of English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to put themselves in our customers' shoes and offer individual solutions
  • Experience working in a dynamic, motivated, and multicultural team
