About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the French market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Analyze client situations to provide accurate and effective solutions
  • Identify technical issues and provide appropriate solutions
  • Offer personalized solutions with a positive approach
  • Organize product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs
Requirements
  • Fluent level of French (spoken and written)
  • High level of English
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to put yourself in our customers' shoes and offer individual solutions
  • Ability to work within a team and adapt quickly to new environments
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: €21,000.00 gross per year
  • Performance Bonus up to €150 gross per month + End of Contract Bonus
  • 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar days per year
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
  • Hybrid: 3 to 4 days per week at the office
  • Training: 4 weeks of training based in the office
