We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team as a Segment Manager for Surface Treatment in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our air filter product groups in the Iberia region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve commercial targets and increase revenue in the Surface Treatment segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and demands.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations, ensuring timely execution of sales plans and targets.
- Develop and maintain indirect and direct sales channels, establishing strategic growth initiatives and performance criteria.
- Act as a technical advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on air filtration solutions and helping to find the most appropriate solutions.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in technical sales, with a deep understanding of products and their applications.
- Background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree.
- Successful track record in high-value product selling, pricing, negotiations, and account management.
- Experience in Surface Treatment filtration, Painting, and/or Automotive sales/applications is an additional value.
- Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, with a commitment to ethical decision-making.
