About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will be the driving force behind our assigned air filter product groups in the Surface Treatment segment for the whole Iberia area.

As a Sales and Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for the development of strategic sales accounts and clients, as well as the successful execution of short- and long-term commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and build relations with customers, taking into account their demands and wishes
  • Develop and execute sales plans, achieve sales targets, and increase revenue of existing accounts
  • Professionally develop AAF's indirect and direct sales channels through the establishment of strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets
  • Advise customers on technical matters, helping to find the most appropriate solution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness
  • Act as an advocate for assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products that require a deep understanding and explanation
  • Background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree
  • Successful track record with high added value product selling, pricing, negotiations, and account management
  • Experience in Surface Treatment filtration, Painting, and/or Automotive sales/applications is an additional value
  • Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area
  • Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written
  • Experienced in working with MS Office tools and Salesforce
