About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in the industry sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving innovative solutions and developing strategic sales accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and build strong customer relationships to meet their demands and wishes.
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve short- and long-term commercial targets.
  • Professionally develop AAF's indirect direct sales channels through strategic growth initiatives.
  • Act as an advisor on technical matters, selling air filtration solutions and helping customers find the most appropriate solution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness.
  • Be an advocate for assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales for products that require a deep understanding and explanation.
  • Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
